This allows us to quickly identify areas with a genuine housing requirement. Once our research for a region is concluded, our focus shifts to establishing relationships with local property developers and builders to deliver high quality house and land packages for owner occupiers and investors. These packages are made available for sale through a limited number of high calibre agents across the country.
