When Development Focus commenced business in 2006, we initially project managed a number of property and building projects for key clients across Queensland.

Fast forward ten years and our business has evolved considerably, and continues to evolve, undertaking new and exciting challenges, seemingly with each new project/region we are associated with.

Our focus has shifted considerably over the last decade, to cater for the differing challenges we encounter each day, and on each new project. We are now actively involved in the supply of new housing, predominantly down the eastern seaboard of Australia, to address both local and investor demand in those regions.

Development Focus is also actively involved in regional areas where attracting suitably qualified personnel to deliver quality accommodation at affordable prices can sometimes prove a challenge. Our ongoing liaison and association with local builders, tradespeople, suppliers and industry professionals provides support for local communities, while providing much needed new accommodation. Through these endeavours, we are able to balance demand and supply, and maintain affordability at respectable levels within each community.

Development Focus' goal is to continue the valuable work we undertake, ably assisted by local property developers, builders and the myriad of support personnel and professionals required to deliver new accommodation for each community.

With the completion of every new dwelling we are associated with, the sense of achievement encourages our continued efforts to house as many Australians as our energies allow. We also acknowledge the ongoing support of the communities we work in, without which the delivery of this new housing would not be possible.
